As a way to give back to the Jacksonville community, Riverside Dental is hosting their annual “Love Your Smile” event! We will be giving away one FREE dental service to the first 75 patients in line.
Services include: Dental Cleaning, Filling OR Extraction

“Love Your Smile” was started by Riverside Dental in 2011, and it gets better every year. 75 patients were helped and over $30,000 in free dental services were donated to the community by our totally volunteered staff in 2018.

DON’T MISS A BEAT -NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONMission: The mission of Don’t Miss a Beat, Inc. (DMAB) is “…to blend music, art, academic achievement, and civic engagement to inspire and enlighten children and teens in the Riverside, Brooklyn and Woodstock communities.
History: DMAB was founded in 2008 as the brainchild of Ulysses Owens, Jr. and his family. Ulysses grew up in the Crystal Springs area of the Westside. His parents introduced him to music early on and he started playing drums when he was just two years old Ulysses attended the Douglas Anderson School of the Arts and went on to graduate with a full scholarship to the Juilliard School. After graduating from Juilliard in 2006 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, specializing in Jazz Studies. Ulysses has traveled the world performing as a jazz drummer Since its founding, DMAB programming has evolved to include After-School Tutoring & Homework Assistance, -DMAB Academy of the Arts and Music & Arts and Academic Enrichment Summer Camp.
Riverside Dental Partnership-Dr. Michael and Suzanne Spencer began their partnership with DMAB five years ago. Dr. Spencer is an Advisor to the Board of Directors while Mrs. Spencer is on the board. After attending the summer camp finale during our early years, Dr. Spencer noticed that the campers performed in “plain t-shirts”. He said “I would like to sponsor logo t-shirts for the campers to wear during the finale so the kids are more uniform” That was a hug commitment because we started out with about 60 campers, that has grown into over 100 each summer. Now each summer, On Ideas, our PSR partner design the t-shirts for the finale and Riverside Dental picks up the expense.
