Alexis attended North Florida Institute and graduated with honors in September 2009. She joined the team of Riverside Dental May 2010. She greets each patient with a warm and happy smile and provides a pleasant experience for everyone. Alexis is always expanding her career knowledge to provide better benefits to our patients and staff. When she is not serving the needs of our patients, Alexis enjoys being out on the boat fishing and riding motorcycles with her fiancé and family.

Keena is a fourth generation Floridan and was raised in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Jacksonville became her home over four years ago. “Go Gators!” She received her EFDA from FSCJ in 2018. Keena’s instructors awarded her the Professionalism Award upon graduation from the program. She enjoys working beside Dr. Spencer, helping patients start to finish with their new teeth. Her main priority is to make our patients feel comfortable and confident with their new smiles. In her free time, she enjoys family time, cooking and boating with her husband.
Hygiene Coordinator/ Front Office Administrator
Sydney was born and raised here in Jacksonville. She attended the University of Arkansas, where she played softball and received a degree in Communications. Sydney joined the dental world in 2017 as a Business Assistant and started here at Riverside Dental in 2020 where she is our Hygiene Coordinator. She enjoys building relationships with all the patients and helping them in any way possible. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling, playing softball, hanging out with friends and family, and attending any sporting event. Go Hogs!
VA Specialist/ Front Office Administrator
Kim is a thirteen-year Navy Veteran, originally from Green Bay, Wisconsin. “GO PACK GO!!” Kim has over 25 years of dental consulting and office management experience. Her passion for dentistry comes from her love for meeting and helping patients every day. She has a degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and also co-founded the Northeast Florida Chapter of AADOM, a nationwide association for Office Manager, Practice and Front Office Administrators. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her two children and grandson.
Samantha graduated from FSCJ in May 2010 with a degree in dental hygiene. She began practicing at Riverside Dental in August of 2010. Samantha has a passion for patient education. She enjoys teaching her patients about the steps they can take to keep their smile healthy and beautiful. She loves building relationships with her patients and looks forward to seeing them at each visit. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her husband and two children somewhere out on their boat.
Shannon graduated from FSCJ in May 2010 with a degree in dental hygiene. She began working for Riverside Dental in December 2010. She has a passion for building long-lasting relationships with her patients and teaching them ways to keep their smiles for a lifetime. In her spare time she loves spending time with her husband and their three children by going to the beach and watching football. GO GATORS!

Lizzie graduated from SUNY Broome with a degree in dental hygiene in May 2010. After working with a private practice in Atlanta for ten years, she joined the Riverside Dental family in August 2023. She is passionate about caring for her patients and assisting them to enjoy caring for their oral health. She’s inspired by her colleagues and loves the Jacksonville community. She enjoys the outdoors, traveling and spending time with her husband and friends.

Rachel is an expanded functions dental assistant. She moved to Florida from Oregon in 2011. She enjoys helping patients get their dream smile and developing close relationships with them along the way. She loves attending CE courses to learn new procedures to benefit our patients. Rachel has been working as a full time surgery assistant along with Dr. Tolley and Irene. She is enjoying working with our hybrid patients helping them achieve the smile of their dreams. She is also certified in phlebotomy. She looks forward to meeting you!

Jami started her journey in dental May 2020 in California. She then became a dental assistant in January 2022. She has had the opportunity to work in different areas of the dental office including surgery. She started with Riverside Dental August 2023. She absolutely loves the office, patients, and team. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, hiking, skateboarding, playing video games and going on adventures with her family.

Lexi is a true Floridian, she was born and raised in Clay County. She joined the team of Riverside Dental in November 2023 as a sterile technician. Shortly after, she graduated from Concorde as a dental assistant. Lexi’s favorite part about working in dental is establishing relationships with patients to ensure they are always comfortable. Her personality is as big as her smile. She is very bubbly, and we are so happy to have her a part of our team. When she is not at work, she loves the beach, shopping and hanging out with her family and long-time boyfriend.

Lab Technician Assistant
Kristyn joined our team November 2023. She has always wanted to work in dental since she was a little girl. She loves helping patients gain their confidence back when they get their dream smile. Kristyn is looking to grow in the dental lab industry and is taking additional courses to further her knowledge. She is currently working on the crafting hybrid teeth with the lab team. When she is not working at the dental office, she is providing excellent customer service at one of the local restaurants nearby. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
