While price is certainly an important factor when it comes to deciding where you choose to get treatment, it absolutely should not be the only factor, and definitely isn’t the most important factor. Choosing the lowest priced option could end up costing you more if the implants aren’t placed properly, causing the implant to fail and needing to pay to have it replaced. That’s why it’s so important to do your research, weigh all your options, find an office you’re comfortable with, and doctors you truly can trust, and always ask, “what’s included in your price?” at every consultation.

While the cost of dental implants is initially higher than other tooth replacement options, such as dental bridges and dentures, dental implants become the more cost efficient option over time. Unlike the other options, dental implants solve the root of the problem that comes with missing teeth, mainly bone loss. Dental implants are able to keep the shape of your mouth intact, preventing other teeth from failing and reducing the number of restoration replacements or declining oral health due to a shifting jaw line.
Depending on the patient and their health situation, medical and dental insurance may or may not contribute to paying the cost of dental implants. Our staff is specialty trained in medical & dental insurance claims, ensuring that every patient can get the maximum amount of insurance benefits possible to them.
If you have dental insurance, as long as your policy is a PPO, we should be able to get you some coverage. Most dental insurance policies have a yearly maximum of around $1500 – $2000 in coverage, which means that is the most they will pay in a single year. Our billing department manager Debbie, will file the claim for you, and you will be reimbursed after treatment.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to get you coverage if your policy is an HMO, or any Medicaid like Liberty, Sunshine, AmBetter, or Wellcare.
Dental implants can be taken care of just like normal teeth, through frequent brushing and periodic checkups with your dentist & hygienist.
Our full mouth dental implants, or full arch replacement, are covered by our lifetime warranty, so if anything ever feels loose or needs to be adjusted just call the office to schedule an appointment, and you won’t need to worry about any appointment fees.
The most important thing to remember is to ensure you come in for your annual cleanings, and if anything ever feels loose, or just doesn’t feel right, give us a call so we can fix. We don’t want you to be uncomfortable.
While some patients may get confused about the distinction, veneers, dental crowns, and dental implants treat three different issues.
– Purpose: Restores broken, weak, or heavily decayed teeth. It also protects a tooth after a root canal.
– How it works: A dentist shaves down the natural tooth and places a custom cap over it.
– Best for: Severely damaged, cracked, or weak teeth that still have a healthy root.
– Purpose: Replaces a missing tooth so you do not leave a gap in your smile.
– How it works: A surgeon places a titanium post into your jawbone. Once the bone heals, an artificial tooth (crown) is attached to the post.
– Best for: Missing teeth or teeth that are too damaged to save and need to be pulled.
– Purpose: Improves the cosmetic appearance of your smile.
– How it works: A dentist removes a tiny bit of front enamel and glues the thin shell onto the tooth.
– Best for: Stained, chipped, slightly crooked, or gapped teeth that are otherwise healthy and strong.
Here at Riverside Dental, we understand that clients are looking for affordable dental implants. Dr. Spencer established Riverside Dental with a plan to offer as many general, and specialty dental services and treatment options as possible at one location. Which is why we have five experienced doctors on staff who all specialize in different areas, including our board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Tolley. Dr. Spencer also wanted to make the patient experience as easy, comfortable, and fast as possible. We have an in-house lab for that reason, and offer same day treatment whenever possible.
Having everything here at one location enables us to lower our operating costs, which then helps us lower the cost of treatment to our patients.
We accept dental insurance options, as well as partner with 3rd party dental implant financing companies to provide affordable monthly fees rather than a bulk upfront cost. With our transparent, all-inclusive pricing bundles, you’ll know your estimated pricing for dental implants way ahead of time!
